Are we ever moving?

It's hard to believe that Nic and I have already been married for almost a year now. It's been a very crazy, busy, fun year. Nic has been applying for 100's of jobs after working to get into the military so diligently. 98% of all the jobs he's been applying to lately are out of state and so we're hopeful that within the next couple months one of them will pan out and we'll be on the road to new adventures and new sights. We feel very strongly that Heavenly Father is watching over us and directing the course that we're going to head down. Now we're just trying to figure out what that course is. :-)

While we wait I continue to work full time at Compass Sales Solutions where I've been for over 2 years. I've been the Implementation Manager for over a year now (my how time flies) and still love it. It gets incredibly overwhelming at times, but is also a very satisfying job. My boss has told me that no matter what, when I move he wants to keep me on staff which I was very happy to hear. Now I don't have to worry about finding and starting a new job. Yeah!

Nic and I have had such an eventful summer. We've played with nieces, hung out with friends, shipped friends and loved ones off to Iraq, gone to reunions, hiked mountains, spent lots of time with family, gone through thyroid surgery, wrecked the car, gone to the beach, and many other fun things.

It's been such a great time and we've loved being able to spend so much time with those we love. We're doing great and every day learning new things about each other and how wonderful and challenging marriage can be. We pray for our family and friends daily and hope that everyone is doing as well as we are. We can't wait to see what Heavenly Father has in our future and the places we're going to see and the people we're going to meet. :-)
